Hiring: Full-Time Assistant to the Salad Chef: 40 hours/week Qualifications In this position, you will: Prepare an abundance of fresh local and/or organic vegetables for our salad buffet. It is essential to have good knife skills, commercial kitchen experience; receiving and retaining information, detail oriented and works well in a team setting with the Head Chef and other assistants. Knife skills are an asset.
Hiring: Full-time Dessert Baker: Approx 30-40 hours/week Qualifications You will work apart of a team to bake all of our baked goods! Must have good time management skills, be able to multitask, work as a team and independently. Knowledge and experience with vegan and gluten-free baking is an asset. Shifts start at 6:30am, must be available to work weekends.
Hiring: Part-Time Dishwasher: 20-30 hours/week Qualifications You will work as a part of a team to ensure all plates, cutlery, bowls, serving utensils etc, are clean for staff and customers. Experience working as a dishwasher in a restaurant is an asset. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask. Essential to have a keen eye for cleanliness.
Hiring: PM Cook Assistant: 40 hours/week Qualifications You will be in charge of prepping vegetables and making a few dishes as well as tending to the buffet and ensuring it is well stocked, clean and presentable! Must have good communication skills and be able to work as a team in a fast pace environment. Knife skills and previous kitchen experience are an asset. Shifts are from 2:00 pm until 9:45 pm.
Hiring: PM Dessert and Salad Coordinator: 40 hours/week Qualifications You will be in charge of refilling salads and desserts on the buffet, as well as preparing a few items. It is important that the dishes look presentable and well stocked at all times. Must be able to multitask, prioritize and work independently! Shifts are from 2pm - 9:30pm
Hiring: Evening Chef 40 hours/week Qualifications This individual will be in charge of planning, preparing and cooking the menu for the day! We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and able to work as a team in a fast pace environment. Knife skills and cooking experience is a must. Experience in vegetarian and vegan cooking is an asset.
