Hiring: Part-time Assistant to the Salad Chef: 30 +/- hours, Thurs-Sunday (6:30am) Qualifications In this position, you will: Prepare abundance of fresh local and/or organic vegetables for our salad buffet. It is essential to have good knife skills, commercial kitchen experience; receiving and retaining information, detail oriented and work well in a team setting with the Head Chef and other assistants.
Hiring: Kitchen Prep Assistant: 35 hours/week (6:30am) Qualifications In this position, you will: Prepare abundance of fresh and local vegetables for our hot buffet & salad chefs, assist with assembly of various daily dishes, and prepare the soup of the day. It is essential to have good knife skills, commercial kitchen experience, receiving and retaining information, following detailed recipes, and be able to communicate & well in a team setting with the other Chefs.
