Buffet FAQs - January 2022 Update

 How is the buffet operating?

  • Self-serve buffet is now allowed in the Stage 3 Provincial Reopening Plan.
  • Proper mask wearing (covering chin, mouth and nose) as well as hand sanitizing are mandatory while you are at the buffet. Gloves will be available as well.
  • The number of people at the buffet will be limited to 10 at a time so it does not become overcrowded.

 Can we dine in? *as of Jan 5th, 2022, the Green Door dining room is temporarily closed as regulated by the Ontario government*

  • Yes, by reservation. Vaccination proof and an ID (with name and D.O.B) are mandatory for dining indoors as of September 22, 2021. 
  • We do have a patio that is on first come first serve basis.
  • We are an accessible facility.

Can we get take out?

  • Yes, you can get takeout from the buffet or by ordering on our website.
  • You don't need to make a reservation for takeout.
  • You do not need to provide vaccination proof if you are coming in person for takeout. We recommend to come in during non-peak hours for easy access (busiest during 6-7pm!)

 Do we need to reserve a table? *dine-in is temporarily closed as of January 5th, 2022*

  • Yes, reservations for dining inside are recommended, due to our limited seating.
  • Reservations have a time limit of 1.5 hours.
  • Reserved tables are held for 15 mins. before they are passed on to the next party.

 Will online ordering continue?

  • Yes! We will continue to have a selection of salads & hot dishes, desserts, frozen & grocery items available on our website for you to order.
  • You can choose Store Pickup (free) or Local Delivery ($10).
  • Pickup Location: Please come in the front door and let our host know your order number!

I don't wear a mask - can I still come in to the restaurant?

  • Mask wearing is compulsory inside the restaurant and at the self-serve buffet.  
  • If you cannot wear a mask, you can access our buffet menu by ordering online. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Where can I use my gift card?

  • Our gift cards can be redeemed in person at the restaurant, but not online on our website.
  • We switched over to a local gift card company (Freebees) that is too small a business to be compatible with the larger company we use for our website (Shopify).

When will you be offering lunch?

  • We offer lunch on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, beginning at 11:30am
  • To increase our lunches to the rest of the weekdays - we shall wait for our city to become more lively with the return of working in offices, reopening of schools and universities, and hopefully a larger crowd for lunch by then.

Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. We provide contactless delivery service, order on this website.
