Classic Christmas Fruitcake

Rich dark fruitcake with organic Thompson and Flame raisins, cranberries and European almonds, maple crystallized orange and lemon peels, grass-fed butter,  spices, soaked in French brandy. 

They age well in a dark cool pantry, wrap well. Slice using only a sharp serrated knife, saw through patiently.
