Refund policy

 

Returns
We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as our food items, or gift cards. 

Refunds, applicable to Pyrex dishes from bakery orders:
Once your plate return is received in person, your refund will be processed (given via cash or card).

Pick Up 
You will be responsible for picking up your online order on the date chosen when you first placed your order. If you need to make alternative arrangements for pick up, please let us know as far in advance as possible - and we cannot always account for late pickup of perishable food items.
