Vegan Christmas Fruitcake

Rich dark fruitcake with organic Thompson and Flame raisins, cranberries and almonds, maple crystallized orange and lemon peels, tahini, spices, soaked in French brandy.

They age well in a dark cool pantry, wrap well. Slice using only a sharp serrated knife, saw through patiently. Our Fruitcakes are made with 100% organic ingredients.
