Neo-Classic (goat butter) Christmas Fruitcake

Rich dark fruitcake with organic Thompson and Flame raisins, cranberries and almonds, maple crystallized orange and lemon peels, Woolwich goat butter, spices, soaked in French brandy. 

They age well in a dark cool pantry, wrap well. Slice using only a sharp serrated knife, saw through patiently.
