At the Green Door, we continue to strengthen our commitment for a greener planet. Find our reusable takeout containers at the buffet and online order - keeping single-use containers out of landfills. Make sure to return these blue containers to the nearest Friendlier drop-off! There is a return station conveniently located outside the Green Door Restaurant on Hazel Street - many more locations across the city.

Friendlier is a Guelph startup, founded in 2019 by two University of Waterloo graduates. The blue containers are made here in Ontario with BPA-free food grade polypropylene that is microwave & dishwasher safe. Their containers can be found in 200+ businesses across the province.
